Please allow 10-15 working days for your piece to be manufactured and shipped. Custom orders may require an additional 5 working days while we prepare and confirm your design proof.
Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Each piece comes with a hanging bracket and 10mm spacers, which create a subtle 3D shadow effect by lifting the piece away from the wall.
If drilling isn't an option, adhesive hooks paired with the included hanging brackets work well.
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping costs are all free, and taxes and imports are included.

No. For all custom orders, we send a digital proof of the silhouette for your approval before cutting begins.

All shipping is free. All taxes and duties are taken care of by us.
We accept returns for store credit only, subject to the condition of the returning item. Return postage is at the buyer's expense.

Custom pieces are made to order and cannot be returned for change of mind. However, every custom order includes a free revision if something isn't right.
