Every silhouette Mobbuu produces — whether a collection piece or a custom order — is hand-illustrated, and overseen by Zak, our founder and lead designer. No automated tracing, no AI generation, no stock assets.
Each design starts as a reference photo or a species brief, and is refined into a clean, precise silhouette that holds its detail at any size — from 600mm to 2000mm. It's a deliberate piece of work every time.

Our facility runs a high-powered CNC laser cutter chosen specifically for its ability to cut 2mm Carbon Steel without burr. That distinction matters more than it sounds.
Most metal art is produced on lower-powered machines that leave rough edges — requiring sanding that softens the silhouette. Our machine cuts clean. The edge you see is the edge that was designed, straight off the laser.
Powder coating is applied electrostatically at 60–80 microns — significantly harder than spray paint, and cured for a consistent finish across every colour and size.
